*Saturday morning from 10am-noon

Practice sessions are subject to low tide conditions and the team's race schedule - please email our captains at dfcaptains@gmail.com before coming.

Where

Bair Island Aquatic Center (BIAC), 1450 Maple St., Redwood City

Enter through the chain-link gate and look for the people wearing neon green uniforms on the wooden dock

Directions to the BIAC:

From US101...

Exit Woodside Rd./Seaport Blvd. (Hwy 84)
Head towards Seaport Blvd. (eastbound)
Left on Blomquist
Right on Maple
Maple takes a left curve
When you see the racks of boats - you are there!

(Don't go too far -- there is another boat yard called Docktown Marina that is just beyond the BIAC.)

Gentle Reminders:

*Please do not park in the marked spaces next to and north of the facility.
*Your first five practices with the team are free!
*No experience is necessary.
*You do not need to know how to swim.
*We provide the equipment.
*Please bring athletic clothes/shoes you don't mind getting wet, drinking water, and sunblock.
